About Hajj & Umrah

A sacred journey of worship, humility, and return to Allah

Pilgrimage is not only travel. It is learning, intention, patience, sacrifice, remembrance, and spiritual renewal.

Hajj is one of the pillars of Islam and a once-in-a-lifetime obligation for those who are able. It gathers worshippers in humility, obedience, patience, and remembrance of Allah.

Umrah is a beautiful act of worship that can be performed outside the Hajj days. It helps Muslims renew their intention, make dua, and visit the sacred places with knowledge and reverence.

Good preparation protects the heart and the journey. Pilgrims should learn the rites, prepare documents and health needs, understand Ihram, seek forgiveness, and travel with patience, adab, and trust in Allah.

Ihram Guide

Enter the sacred state with knowledge and care

Ihram is a state of worship. Learn its requirements, protect its dignity, and ask before travel if anything is unclear.

Before Ihram

Prepare with ghusl where possible, clean clothing, trimmed nails where appropriate, and a clear intention before entering the sacred state.

During Ihram

Protect your tongue, avoid arguments, follow the rules of Ihram, and keep your heart present with talbiyah, dua, and remembrance.

Common Mistakes

Do not delay learning the restrictions. Ask scholars early about clothing, fragrance, hair/nails, marital relations, and behaviour while in Ihram.
